How does Free with Friends work?

You share your referral code with another coach. When they sign up to QuickCoach and enter your code, they get 50% off their first 2 months of Pro, so they pay $15 a month instead of $30.

After they make their first successful Pro payment, you get a $10 monthly credit applied to your own Pro subscription. That credit continues for up to 6 months, or stops earlier if the coach you referred cancels their Pro subscription.

And you don't have to be on Pro to start. Any coach can share their code. Your $10 monthly credits apply in any month you're on Pro, so once you upgrade, a few active referrals can cover QuickCoach Pro in full. That's where the name comes from: Pro, free, with friends.

To be clear up front: this is account credit only. It reduces your Pro bill, it's not cash back, and it has no value outside your subscription.

How long do discounts last?

For each coach who signs up to QuickCoach Pro using your referral code, you'll get $10 off your monthly Pro sub for up to 6 months. There's no cap on referrals, so the more coaches who sign up, the bigger your discount. A few real-world examples:

  • Refer 1 coach who stays 6+ months: $60 in credit over 6 months.
  • Refer 3 coaches who all stay: $30/month for 6 months ($180 total). Your Pro sub is effectively covered.
  • Refer 10 coaches who all stay: $100/month in credit for 6 months. Your Pro bill drops to zero each month. Any surplus credit carries against future Pro bills only. It's never paid out as cash.

But what happens if one of my friends leaves QuickCoach?

The $10 credit linked to that friend stops the month they cancel their Pro sub. So if you refer one coach who cancels in month 3, you'll have earned $20 in credit (the months 1 and 2 of their tenure that hit your bill). The credits from your other referrals keep running as normal. A little sad (for both of us), but it's not all bad.

So, what happens when the 6 months are up?

Once a qualified credit reaches the 6-month mark it ends, and your next monthly bill is adjusted accordingly. That doesn't mean the savings have to stop. Keep sharing your code during the promotion period and new credits roll in to replace the ones that age out.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Ok, let's lay it all out on the table just to make sure we've covered everything.

  • Your $10 credit starts once the coach you referred makes their first successful Pro payment.
  • If a referred coach cancels, the credit linked to that referral stops on your next bill. Credits from your other referrals are unaffected.
  • No cap on how many coaches you can refer.
  • Your friend must be brand new to QuickCoach. Existing free-tier users converting to Pro don't qualify.
  • Your friend has to sign up and enter your referral code to qualify. Contact us if you have any issues.
  • If your friend signs up on the $300 annual plan instead of monthly: they get 50% off the equivalent of their first 2 months $30, bringing their annual subscription down to $270. You get a $60 lump-sum credit on your next bill instead of $10 a month.
  • Credits are account credit only. They reduce your Pro bill, are never paid out as cash, and have no cash value. Unused or surplus credit is forfeited if you cancel Pro or if the program ends.
  • We can modify, pause, or end the Free with Friends program at any time, with or without notice. Participation doesn't give you any vested or future entitlement, and the full detail is in the program terms below.
  • The full mechanics, eligibility rules, and legal detail are set out in the Free with Friends Program Terms & Conditions, which form part of our Terms and Conditions.

Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
