Is QuickCoach the right personal training software for me?

QuickCoach was built for a coach who: 

- Needs simple coaching software 
- Generally has less than 50 clients
- Isn't looking for integration or automation features

Our community has a wide variety of coaches. Whatever you coach, you won't be alone.

If you like simple software that gets the job done, then we're your people.

I have a studio / have a team of coaches - can I use QuickCoach?

QuickCoach wasn't built with this scenario in mind. 

However, we have coaches that own studios and work with other coaches using QuickCoach.

Coaches can share an account by using the same log in or each create their own, separate accounts.

Can I track client performance?

Absolutely. Any task (exercise, habit, etc) that is added to your task library can be tracked.

In your client's accounts, you can see their first and last results plus the entire list of results.

However, there is no graphing available because we allow you to collect any type of text from clients. Due to the open ended use, graphing isn't available.

Does QuickCoach have a chat feature?

There is no chat feature in QuickCoach. 

We find that coaches typically use other methods to connect with clients and we didn't want to give you yet another place to check for messages.

If I don't upgrade to Pro after the trial ends, what happens?

You'll automatically move to the Free Plan, but don't worry—your clients, plans, and programs won't be changed.

However, you'll lose access to Pro features like:
 - Branded client app
 - Custom client notifications
 - Client activity updates
- Adding images to tasks (existing images will no longer be visible to clients)

You can continue using QuickCoach as usual, and if you decide to upgrade later, Pro will be ready for you.

Do you provide customer support?

Yes! Even with QuickCoach being free, we're here for you. We have an active Facebook group for questions/tips, a full collection of tutorial videos on YouTube or, if you prefer you can email us anytime with questions anytime at support@theptdc.com
